Refund policy

***Due to Covid-19, all sales are final! No returns! No exchanges! ***

To receive a full refund, items must be returned to us within 15 days of your purchase (The date listed on your receipt).

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

• Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned
• Personal items such as adhesive bras, bodysuits, earrings, swimsuits, etc. cannot be returned
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
• If an item has stains, smells of cigarette smoke, perfume or deodorant, has animal hair, or any appearance of being worn, it will not be accepted as a return and you will be responsible for the reshipping fee.
• At this time we do not offer exchanges
  
• *Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed from the date we receive it. 
• Shipping will not be refunded on any returned items and return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer when shipping items back to us.
• Clearance and accessories are final sale and are non-returnable.
